Which external Bitcoin pool accounts can MDK read telemetry from, and what does each connector provide?

A small, source-backed connector directory — no faceted search until the directory grows. Cards show pool identity, the account telemetry MDK reads, and links to the relevant Worker contract and usage material. Miner pool assignment is handled by miner configuration; these connectors read pool-side account data.
